All Stephen asks is that whoever commissions him to play donate anything between €250 - €500 and Stephen will donate the whole of this fee to charity. On some occasions people have asked if he would donate the money to their favorite charity, which he has done so happily.

The music is ideally suited to quiet listening environments such as:

Weddings
Some of his most wonderful performances have been where he plays the bride down the aisle at a wedding, replacing the old fashioned organ. Classical Guitar is perfect for playing the bride down the aisle. If he plays the Bride down the aisle then the piece is specifically chosen by the bride and it is always choreographed so that the music starts and ends just at the right time. A meeting is required to determine the couple’s requirements. Stephen and the couple would rehearse before the day and as ever he would wear formal concert tails and white dickie bow which makes the performance visually impressive too.

It is also nice to play for the audience whilst the bride and groom disappear to sign the register for 10 minutes.

He has also played for the bride and groom and the congregation after they have signed the register. On some occasions they want to listen and absorb the performance so they may come back into the church after signing the register and sit and listen to their chosen piece or pieces.

The sound of the guitar is gently raised by two small high tech speakers that make the sound travel further rather than making it loud. Check out the letters he has had from brides and grooms in the UK who have agreed that this does make the day a little more unique.

Balls and Dinners
The Classical Guitar is perfect for background music whilst people eat or even better to have a special introduction by a speaker and for everyone to be quiet while he plays and he can play two pieces for the guests after dinner and before the dance. This adds a very personal touch to the proceedings.

Birthdays
This is great fun, basically the person who is buying the gift of Stephen playing at the special day gets him to arrive at a set place on a set time and as a surprise he would turn up at the lady’s or gentleman’s birthday in the formal concert tails and play 2 or 3 specifically chosen pieces for the person in front of all their guests. It can be done at a house or private party venue and this is truly unique for the person who’s special day it is.

Anniversaries
The Spanish Classical Guitar is so romantic and as with the birthdays this can be an unforgettable treat for ones loved one. Again he would arrive in formal concert tails and play 2 or 3 specifically chosen pieces for the person in front of all their guests. Great thought is required on the pieces and he has even had permission from famous composers and songwriters to arranged pieces specifically for the husband or wife and has had their favourite piece prepared for the night. Again it can be done at a house or private party venue and he can guarantee there will be some tears in the house.
